This time is a time of abundance. . .it cannot be spoken in any other way. The life that we live is filled with everything we need in the exact moment that we need it, but it is often difficult to see this. As Kramas journeys forward, we cannot help but be filled with abundance. Al and I both teach multiple classes a week at various studios in the Madison area, I have a beautiful private practitioner that I have the honor of working with weekly and of course there is the 200 HR training. The abundance that we feel in love and light from each of the eleven participants in this training is beyond anything that we could have imagined. As we start to think about our next training (details coming soon!) we already have nine potential participants interested, abundance shines upon even more. In addition, we still have time for our personal sadhana and meditation practices. The gifts are grand and recognizing this abundance is so important to us at Kramas Yoga. As the abundance continues to flow, I find myself reminded of my deep Vipassana practice and the understanding of Anicca, that all things change, and that this too shall pass. As with the pain, suffering and disease (dukkha) as with abundance, joy and ease (sukkha) all things change. Attachment to the abundance binds us. Recognizing that equanimity is also important when things are going wonderfully in life. That we maintain a calm and centered mindset even among the blessings. So that we aren't running after craving and forgetting about the truths of our human existence. With deep gratitude for the abundance and an even deeper gratitude for the impermanence.
